HACKS:

Good Mornings:

I must admit that I never did Good Mornings. They felt too awkward for me. However, since using the DIY Barbell Strap - they no longer feel awkward. As a result, I plan on incorporating Good Mornings much more frequently now.

Front Squats

I love the way these feel using the DIY Barbell Strap. The front squat is more quad-dominant than regular squats - so throwing these into the mix is a great way to switch things up.

Deadlifts:

I will likely not use the DIY Barbell Strap for deadlifts unless I encounter an injury. It is nice to know that despite getting a shoulder/arm injury - I will still be able to do deadlifts by using the DIY Barbell Strap.
